Since looking through their website on Tuesday, to receiving my goods less than 48 hours later, I have been thoroughly impressed with TAKEALOT through the entire process. They assisted me when I had trouble placing my order, calling me within a couple of hours of emailing them. The site's checkout system was flawless and easy to use, and I received my parcel right on time, with the courier company keeping me informed along the way.
I really wish more South African companies would take a leaf out of TAKEALOT's book and aspire to their seamless, friendly and efficient operation.
