Where is my furniture?

On 16/04/2013 we ordered a TV-Plasma unit and two bookshelves for delivery in 6 - 8 weeks, paid in full. After 6 weeks we made enquiries concerning the whereabouts of the furniture. We were informed that it would be delivered at their warehouse within 2 days and they would contact us for a delivery date. Since then nothing has happened except for conflicting messages. According to the manager (Donovan), the suppliers of the bookshelves said that the furniture had already been delivered to the warehouse, but the warehouse claims they cannot find it. This has been going on for two weeks now and this afternoon Donovan said he will phone again tomorrow. He is apologetic but the service is unacceptable. This afternoon we also found out that the Plasma unit is "not available!! " - which might mean that it was supplied but fail the inspection test - unfortunately they (the staff at the store) do not know. They said that the communication with the suppliers is very poor and they feel ashamed about it all. We want to know what is really going on!
