On 31 August 2013, ordered a lounge suite and 4 separate chairs amounting to R29 900 _ and paid the deposit of R20 000 cash. I was promised delivery of 6-8 weeks, my deadline was16 November 2013 of which I later changed to 22 November 2013 due to some renovations at home. Have advised them that I can't afford any delays after this date as we preparing a thanksgiving for my granny and this is part of the surprise gift. On 02 Dec 2013 when I called, was advised my 4 chairs have been delivered and sold to someone else. whereas on 30 Nov 13 was assured all is well they just waiting for warehouse to confirm delivery. Kevin from warehouse was quick to say "sorry will refund you & the supplier is liquidated, can't do anything" and his not getting the whole picture. I have been hearing about this trend that they never deliver on time and your order will be incorrect. I want them to get my chairs where they have delivered, I don't want a refund!
