Appalling service

I bought a corner suite and table and sidetable for my lounge from Rochester. On 17 June. I placed the order and paid the deposit and was informed the order could take 6-8 weeks to be completed and delivered.By week 8 I telephoned the salesman Donovan who didn't answer or return my call. I then called the branch to find out about my delivery, was told they would follow up and get back to me. No-one did. I phoned again on Monday, 12 Aug, still noone had an answer for me. On Tuesday I personally visited the Parkview branch. The man in the store phoned the supplier which informed met they were ready to deliver but were awaiting payment of the outstanding balance. Despite 3 phone calls before no-one could give me this info. I then paid the balance and delivery was supposed to be arranged. 2 days later and still no-one has gotten back to me! I phoned again tjis afternoon and was told the supplier closes at 3pm and they can't help me now. This is ridiculous. I bougjt furniture worth R55000 from them and after 9 weeks have had no joy in having it actually delivered to me! And no-one bothers to try help, they alway promise to call you back but never do!
