INCORRECT INFO and INCOMPETENT STAFF

I bought a phone last year September. It was a BlackBerry 9360, which was of R3799 value. When I bought the handset I took out insurance with it. The person that I bought the phone from at the store never told me that I should insure the phone for R56 as my phone would be covered for its vaulue. Instead he chose the R40 option for me. That meant that my phone would be covered for R2000.

I lost my phone this year March I did everthing that is meant to be done for the insurance guys. Only to be told that I will get a phone worth R2000.

So the insurance called Edgars saying that they will never replace my phone and its the Store managers fault for not educating the customer. The store manager from Edgards Active was so rude and so flippened that he said that person who sold the phone to me was no longer working there. I told him to look at the cirvalance cameras to see who was in the wrong... he got extremely rude and said i was lying.

I am still paying for this phone. And I wonder why your staff is still rude towards me regarding this issue.

I WANT MY PHONE NOW. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT AS I WILL TAKE OUT LEGAL ACTION!
