I went in to edgars in may 2012 to go an insure my new blackberry 9360 valued @R3599 and asked the consultant that i would like to insure my phone to the value of it, in december 2012 i lost my phone and when in to claim for my phone, when my claim was approver onlu did they inform me that my phone was insured for a max ammount of R2000, i then spoke to manager (stephanie) and she told me the consultant made a mistake by under insuring my phone and his not there to defend himself so there is nothing they can do now i just have to pay the diifernce because it was my duty to check my statements, i think this is really bad service as it was not my fault consultant made a mistake and was not my duty to follow up if i was told by consultant that my phone is covered to the full value.
