Insurance Claim

On the 28th of january 2014 i went to edgars to claim for a cell phone from my insurance because i lost my cell phone which was Samsung S3 the told me to come back on the 4th of february wen i went there they told me they can only give me R2000 of which my cell phone was R6000 then on the 5th i went to Jet to complain and they told me that the person who was helping me with the insurance from the first time i did the insurance is no longer working there so there is nothing they can do to help me get my phone back but the do understand that the mistake was done on their side then i asked for a manager the 1st manager told me that he is busy the 2nd one was rude she told me to take the cell phone for R2000 or else there is nothing they can do, she also asked me that since i am working for Vodacom why didnt i take insurance from Vodacom but i ignored that so instead of assisting and coming up with the solutions they ignored me and they left so one of the staffed offered to call help desk and come up with a solution the just ignored me so i called their help desk they said that they will come back to me within 24 hours off which they never did untill now i am still waiting.
