I purchased clothing to the value of around R900 in Oct 2011 from The Raj Collection at the Gateway branch. A few days later I had to return the goods due to the kids not being comfortable in the clothing. Spoke to Mala at the store and she refused a refund and said she can do me a favour and pass a credit note since they do not do refunds. Ever since I have been to the store on numerous occasions requesting I be refunded but I was constantly refused. Then in Oct 2012 my wife found some material at the Gateway store to the value of R1500 so I paid the additional R600 and purchased the material. She was then not happy with it and decided to return it. Again I was refused a Cash Refund and was given a credit note for R1500. I have been sitting with this credit note of R1500 since Oct 2012 and keep being refused a Cash Refund. Pls can I be assisted regarding this matter.
