Ordered a Kenwood Titanium Mixer on 5 December, with expected delivery date 24/12 which changed to 27/12. On 27/12 I phoned to enquire as I haven't received confirmation of delivery. Here they said it would move to next week, I should keep an eye on my profile. The date did not change, I phoned again last week and was promised to get back to me. On Friday no one had contacted me, I phoned twice on 03/01 and was yet again promised to phone me back with feedback. The afternoon I receive an email that my order has been cancelled. After phoning again, I was informed that they don't have stock. Here I requested a manager to phone me, no one has phoned, what a surprise? Can't they put on their website that stock cant be guaranteed, or limit their stock when specials are run. I would have bought one at Makro over the festive season. Now I am without a mixer. Very poor communication from Kalahari and very misleading. This was my first and LAST Kalahari purchase.
