The product was packed under wrong shelf edge label and the Manager (Eben) told me that i must pay the price that the till scans and that their policy has been changed. What made my shopping experience worse is that she went to remove the label and disappered. She didn't even bother to apologise or give me the product for the price that i saw on their shelf, abd I had to take something else *disaqpointed to the max*. PICK N PAY YOU HAVE JUST LOST A CUSTOMER DUE TO 1 INGNORANT STAFF MEMBER.
