Complaint regarding psychologist submitted 19 April 2012. Advised per mail on 21 May 2012 that investigation into the complaint would take a maximum of 6 months to complete. No feedback regarding this matter after 6 months. Enquiry into status of complaint sent to original recipient (Ms Caroline Mashego) on 22 May 2013. Matter referred to Mr Mdingi. Mr Mdingi requested a reference number on 29 May 2013 (7 days later), which I sent to him on May 31 2013. No response from Mr Mdingi 7 days later. I sent an email to Mr Mdingi on 7 June 2013 requesting feedback, to which he responded by asking me to afford him time. No feedback since. It has been over a year since submission of the complaint. Furthermore, I am not being afforded the dignity of timeous response or feedback regarding this matter, even upon enquiry.
