On the 6 August 2013 I wrote and posted a report on the poor service rendered by Multichoice. On the 6 August I received an email of apology from Dineo Lehoale case ref number 3848743. I responded as follows to his email :- "Dear Sir
I refer to my complaint posted on Hello peter and your email reply a copy which I have copied below and would like to state that I find your reply extremely hollow and weak and I am disappointed and that you are quite happy to send this sort of reply, which I have heard before and no action what so ever will be taken by yourselves to improve the situation. This is most disappointing and all I can say is that it is really a pity that there is no opposition to shake up your attitude and service."
Extremely disappointed customer.
Please escalate my complaint to your senior Manager or as with all complaints will this also be blocked from escalation to higher authority. As I said your senior management have encircled themselves in a fortress in order not to be bombarded with very unhappy customers
To date Dineo has not replied or escalated my concerns.
This is very disappointing
