I ordered stock from Formax, and had to do a EFT before my stock will be shipped. 5 days later after MANY phone calls, the wrong stock was delivered to me. It is now another week later, and I still haven't received my stock! I keep on phoning and all that I get is empty promises. No one gets back to me and the manager is never available. If you contact him on his cell phone, he says he is in a meeting. I've never received such poor service and it looks like I have to write my money off!
