I ordered the Samsung galaxy S4 last week at the Tygervally branch (30 April). I have been waiting for this branch to receive stock for 9 days now. I hear that so many other cell c customers are already enjoying there new phones but what about me. Another thing, when ever i ask when stock will be arriving the staff have no idea. When ever i call they say they have received no stock, they do not even ask your name. why cant they give me a date.
If it is true that the Tygervally branch has not received any stock why is this the case and what are you going to do about it. This is ridiculous why cant you at least tell your customers what is going on. This phone was meant to be a birthday present from my parents before the exams start.
