POOR SERVICE

I recently came in to contact with Cell C to open a new contract because of their great prices and so called "great service". But the phone I wanted was not in stock and I decided to be patient. I called the Cell C direct number and I was told that there is stock. After phoning at least 15 branches in Gauteng, none of the branches had stock. I went back to Cell C direct and was assured I can do everything online and that a phone will be delivered to me within 7 working days. 1 week later; still awaiting there a response... Wonder what happened to the great customer service?
