Pathetic customer service

I ordered a pair of boots from the gateway store, meant to be the flagship store in kzn mind you, on the 3rd of june with thuli and then followed up with sheila on the 13th of june who told me that thuli hadn't ordered them. She was very reluctant to assist me but being annoyed I demanded that she do it herself. She checked the system and with me hovering over her there were several stores out of kzn that had stock in a size 5, she said she would order them and let me know when they arrived.

I happened to be in the mall yesterday and stopped to check on the progress only to discover from kirusha that yet again my boots had not been ordered! She tried every store for me and even contacted the buyer but the boots are sold out nationally!

I'm extremely perturbed by the level of incompetence shown here!!!
