I always use the Pick 'n Pay in Strand Street as its closest to my work. I have previously complained about the nature of service at this store. The store manager Lamees previously called me and advised she would monitor this, yet this morning when I was in the store, I had to wait for the girl to finished what she was doing on her cellphone before I received assistance. Thats appaling. I work in customer service and I know what is supposed to be done, thats definitely not it. I would appreciate if you guys get this sorted, I dont just want another phone call from the store manager, I would like you guys to actually fix the problem
