A deposit was done using the Mobile Money system that Pick 'n Pay offers on 01/07. When we went into the Pick 'n Pay in Vryheid - KZN; the manager Pieter Willemse proceeded to very rudely & abruptly explain that the whole store does not have money and asked us the customers what he's supposed to do about that? Now I have major concerns about that:
1. Why does Pick 'n Pay offer this service when it'll run out of money? I ask this because this service is supposed to offer convenience to the customer and for the store manager to then ask us the customer what he's supposed to do is totally unacceptable!
2. What happens in instances where the money is required as a matter of urgency and Pick 'n Pay does not have cash?
Please address this matter firstly with the manager of the Pick 'n Pay store in the Vryheid branch - Kwa-Zulu Natal because his attitude to customers is unacceptable. Individuals like him should not be in a service industry.
