She turned around to go to the refrigerator section and while struggling to move thru there she saw a little girl starring from the other side but did not take much note of it. After struggling to get thru she decided to go the other way around. When she arrived at the chicken counter she realized that her sling bag that was previously closed was opened. She didn't read much into it and continued to shop. We live about 5 minutes away when she got home she realized that her phone was not in her bag. She called in and they said she needs to come to the store. arriving there they asked security to check surveillance and conveniently the fruit and veg section of the store wasn't working. She is 100% sure that the guy that they refer to as Ryan had its hand in it as he was the only one in that aisle with her after she found that her bag was open. After that we were addressed by the manager I think "JP" he said that there has been a few cases like this in their store and they think that there is a gang operating in the store, if that is the case, why the store does nothing about it. If I knew that was the case I would have avoided that store and she is convinced Ryan took it
