On saturday i visted the pick n pay hyper store at centurion lifestyle centre to do my vodacom upgrade but before i vistited them i called them to make sure that their system was working and they will be able to assist me reason being on 4 occasions prior to this when ever i went there to their cellphone department i kept on getting told that they cant help. Its either the 1 person in such a big store is on lunch at 4pm or the person is gone home.but anyway when i called in 1 of their consultants answered and assured me i can come in and they will be able to assist me with my upgrade just for me to go in the store and get told that the person is gone home again. MY TIME AND MONEY WASTED!!! after speaking to the manager he tells me that i must come back sunday and they will definately assist me and once again the person apparntly forgot her password. This is the worst service ever and the attitude of the staff is even more terrible. Unfortunately this is the only Pick n pay hyper in centurion that does cellphone deals. how on earth can such a big store have 1 person at their cellphone counter that cant even do their work properly?? n staff raising their voice to customers
