Pick 'n Pay Atterbury has worst service in history

I complained about the "service" at Pick 'n Pay Hyper in Atterbury and the store manager phoned and was very apologetic yet NOTHING has been done to improve the terrible service in the last week.

This week I DO NOT want the store manager phoning me to apologise. In fact I will not be shopping at Pick n Pay stores in my entire life again if the store manager is not fired. He is obviously totally incompetent and incapable of running a store and should not be in such a position in the first place.

Less than 10% of the tills are actually staffed, so even though the store is hardly busy at all, everyone has to queue up as though its the end of the month grocery shopping rush.

The same thing was experienced at the Pick 'n Pay Liquor store, where only 1 of the 3 tills was actually staffed, and then the person left their till to go find a supervisor or something, walking at a speed that would put a snail to shame. Surely if the store is so busy, people can use their common sense and put their into gear instead of keeping customers waiting?

This is totally appalling and unacceptable and I demand that the store manager is fired immediately.
