I reported a complaint via email on the 02 Jan 2013. A person by the name of Jacintha Matthews (who is supposed to know more about customer service) replied via mail asking for my contact number. The following day she called, however I could not speak as I was in a meeting and I requested she calls me back, she promised to give me a call me and rudely hung up. She did not sound polite, sounded very irritated and knew absolutely nothing about customer service.
From the 3rd Jan 2013 I have been waiting for her call, I've sent her numerous emails. Of which she has clearly ignored all of them. How or why my complaint is being igonored by this b I dont know. But I demand to know why my complaint hasnt been dealt with like the rest.
Or is this the service that Simba gives to its dissatisfied customers???
I am angry. And feel like I've been taken for an!!!
