On 26 May 2013 I sent Simba a direct email which they replied to on Monday asking for my numbers, which I emailed back and ever since I have not heard from them.
My email read as follows:
Dear Simba please stop selling burnt chips.
On 26 May 2013 I bought a packet of Lays (sour cream and onion flavour. So excited to indulge, I open and find that almost all the chips are burnt and do not have any taste of the sour cream and onion. Instead all I could taste was the burnt flavour.
I am very disappointed in Simba because this is not the first time I have an experience like this.
Simba please fix your problem and start supplying good, tasty, flavoured chips.
