I had a complaint concerning the quality of the packs of 50 x 22g Niknaks Cheese that I bought
recently.

I complained to Simba directly via e-mail. A representative phoned me within a week to speak about
my complaint. The representative was very helpful and friendly.

Thank you Simba for the voucher as a gesture of goodwill received - it is much appreciated - I will certainly
continue to buy Simba products in the future.
