After finding a staple in a packet of Nik Naks in January, I reported it to the Simba customer care line who followed it up by collecting the offending staple and the nearly empty packet. I was promised that a voucher would be sent to my home address. After following up at least 5 times, and eventually giving them another postal address, we have given up on trying to get anything free out of them. Every time they promised that a voucher was in the mail, but strangely, it has never arrived...
