Hi,
I have logged my original complaint with your customer service department on the 14 Dec2012, which they responded to very promptly and took down my postal address to reimburse me for the sour milk. When I heard nothing or received nothing by 28January 2013 I emailed again and they said I will receive compensation. Its now 12 Mar, 3 months later, I find this unacceptable that I have to wait 3 months to be reimbursed for something that I bought. Below find my original email:

Good Day,
I bought a six pack box of long life milk 2 weeks ago and noticed one of the milk cartons was a bit swollen, so I left it for last, well I opened it up today and the milk is sour and curdled! And the expiry date is only for next year 2013!
