Terrible Service/Attitude/threats/false accusation

I purchased a guess watch, after 2 days the numbers on the face fell off. I took it in after 2 weeks to ww watches springfield. They refused to offer a new one or cash replacement and insisted on repairing it (against CPA! by the way). i had no choice but to send watch in. watch was brand new and never worn, still plastic on screen etc. 1.5 weeks later i followed up and store manager hayley says watch is fixed.i go to pick it up and to my horror find its been badly scratched. i insist on a new watch and manager says she will get back to me by end of day.few hours later i get a call from the regional manger VANESSA, absolutely rude, screaming and accusing me of braking the watch myself and saying CPA was there to protect them from people like me as i didn't hand in the guarantee card although I showed the manger both the receipt and card!! she aggressively attacked my story & screaming said in 28 yrs she never saw a watch brake & i must have dropped it! i asked for her managers details which she refused to give me or his contact details. i threaten legal action so she gives me a fake JHB landline and says "i can call whoever i want". STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! WW WATCHES
