Last year when my home theatre, i reported last year and submitted police reported. I was told someone from head office would call me, and they will send their own investigators to my place to no avail.
Now their call centre is calling me daily, and their agents are very unprofessional and rude. Their debt collectors are rude.
Instead i received a call from Benoni branch telling Morkels cannot give me another SONY home theatre. After supporting them, this is the service i receive. I bought from that shop 3 times. A bedroom suit, 2 beds and when one of them was burnt i reported the same thing happened again. Now a home theatre i will never from Morkels ever again. A lady called me from a cellphone refused to provide her name, said if i finish the balance they will give me another home theatre. But i need that i black and white.
For now i refuse to pay, until we reach a reasonable agreement.
