I had previously posted this complaint, last year I came across Geen and Richards outlet that was closing down and applied for credit for a sofa and home theatre and it so happened that the home theatre was missing some screws. Bertha (store manager) promised to organise them for me, after playing hide and seek with me she finally delivered the goods. Upon arrival I requested to see the screws and she said that they were wrapped with rest of goods. However when I unwrapped the goods the screws were nowhere to be found, meaning which she had because of pressure that she got after I reported the incident on hello peter. She then promised to send them via courier services to me, a month and a half ago. Since then she has not bothered to call me and everytime I call the office I am told she is out of the office and have left countless messages. I am in distress as the home theatre is as good as nonexistent yet every month an instalment is debited into my account. I have had enough of Bertha, in my books she goes down as the most pathetic manager that I wouldn't want to do business with ever again.
