No assembling of my bedroom suit i bought

I am really very disppointed in the service i have recived from Morkels furniture store.

Firstly when they delivered the goods it was damaged, i made calls and after weeks they only came to replace it. then the people whom they sent to replace couldnt even assemble the furniture properly, they didnt even have the correct tools, my bedroom suit is at home but its ready to fall apart i have called numberous times but to no avail this is by far the worst experience i have ever had and its a pity that it had to be morkels furniture carnival mall.
