In April 2013 I bought bedroom suite and Home Theatre at Geen and Richards, the sales person was Richard Moseki. It took them a month to deliver my bedroom suite and two months to deliver the Home Theatre after a long fight. When the bedroom suite was delivered, two drawers were broken, they managed to fix one and they promised to come back for the other one but they didn't, the mirror was dim it looked so old. Each time I call Richard Moseki, he promised to come and collect it and fix but in vain. Then a month after, three of small woods broke from the bed, I reported the matter, as usual they took forever to come, they only collected the mirror and did not attend to the drawers and the bed. They brought back the mirror in a same condition and they did nothing to the rest of the reported furniture drawers and the bed. I have been waiting for them to collect the furniture for fixing but in vain. Last week I had a wedding, so I dismantled the bed in order to have enough space, to my surprise, there was a missing wood which was supposed to balance the bed hence the other small ones broke, instead of two long woods in the middle, there was only one. Please help.
