Bad Service

On the 31st of Jan i went to Geen and Richards to buy a Plasma tv which comes with a home theatre.

till today, i still have not recieved the tv or the home theatre. I was advised by Lizzie that she will deliver the goods the following day but she did not even call to say that she will not be able to. i then went back to the store whereby she advised that she will communicate with me to let me knw when she will be able to deliver but did not bother calling. for all these days i have been calling to find out about when will i get the goods a bought but whenever i do call i get sent Pillar to Post with no conclusion to my prolem. whenever i call Lizzie she is not able to give positive feedback and she even told me that i should rather go to another Furniture store because she is not able to help.

This is really bad services especially that i am a new customer of theirs.

PLEASE HELP!!!
