I received an SMS on 31 May to say that my instalment of R290 was due by 3 June. I promptly proceeded to pay R300 via EFT and in store and assumed that all was in order.
Today I receive an sms saying that I still need to pay R190 which was due. When I called the accts department I was told that the instalment is in fact R490. How could this have changed?
Please someone get back to me via email as to how this mistake occurred. I have my account for quite a while and have never been behind in a payment. You don't even offer email statements to customers which I think is worlds behind other clothing stores.
I would like feedback as soon as possible. If I cannot trust the sms you send then why have the service.
