Unallocated payment

I have paid and settled my account 3 weeks ago, I am sitting in Australia for the next few months so Truworths cant get hold of me so I have mailed them 5 times telling them that I have paid and settled my account they must please allocate my payment. I go into my account online and I see that the outstanding amount is still there, I then send them a mail online on the Truworths site and they send me a automatic reply saying that someone will get back to me, WHATEVER I have send 5 emails and eventually I get a reply from a Tania Denis saying that they have reviewed my account and that I still owe them that money, I said to her cant she read my email it said that I paid it on that date and sent them proof of payment, so she doesn't even have the decency to read my mail correctly, im so fed up now cause Truworths keep on phoning my moms house in SA looking for payment and all along I have settled my account I have paid double what my instalment is suppose to be. All I want is for someone to come back to me, how much is that to ask for. Please come back to me on email [Email Removed] cause I don't have my SA phone with me cause im not in the country
