And incorrect instalment amounts

The service from Foschini unacceptable and an unnecessary inconvenience. There was committed on my account in July this came to my attention in Aug when I went to make payment on the account. On 23rd Aug 13 I was told by the consultant my instalment is no longer R445 but now R1855 which I paid it and I disputed it. The investigation went on until Nov 13 so I haven't made any payments since Aug to the account, finally on the 6 Nov 13 I was issued with a letter stating my account has been credit with R15, 149.75. With all this being sorted I then received my statement showing the credit but with the same instalment of R1855, I queried it stating that how can my instalment be R1855 when I only owe R3722.99, then I receive a call from collections department on Thursday at 20:41 this of night demanding I make payment of R1855 by Friday I told the consultant this is and he needs to put a note that I want this corrected he confirmed that I only needed to pay R300 . Today I receive a statement saying R3710 is due the 1st How can an instalment of R1855 on a balance of R3722.99? I think nothing of paying the outstanding amount and closing my account as this is the last straw.
