what is the purpose of the vouchers that Edgars give away when customers open a new account? I opened my account towards the end of May 2013, and got the vouchers that if I spend so much, ill get so much discount. so I aimed at getting R500 off, and that meant a lot of shopping, and that was the weekend Edgars had a big sale (for points).
I only used my account once, and when i went for my second purchase, the teller told me that thier system says "transaction is not allowed", I asked why, the reason was that I had shopped a lot previously... i was like yes becuase there was a sale and i was aiming for the R500 off. now my account has been closed or something...
my question now is why do you Edgars lure us with the vouchers and when we use them you have a problem? im disappointed
