Im totally shocked to discover that Truworths cannot offer me an alternative payment plan. i called this morning and spoke to Craig, explaining to him that its a bit difficult to pay the requiremed installment this month, asking him if possible to take my current account balance and calculate over 12 months to give me a lower monthly instalment. Somehow Craig said that Truworths doesnt offer these types of arrangements on the accounts considering that my last purchase was a month ago and its too late to recalculate. he cannot offer me any alternative payment options at this stage... that is such a pity and so hard to believe considering that other retail shops that i know of always try to accomodate the customer in order to make it affordable and to ensure that the account is paid, even though after a longer term. regardless of the poor service in accounts, every month i receive at least 2 sms reminding me about payment. indicating the balance and the instalment due... i wouldnt mind if it was my account details... but somehow they are sms'ng me other peoples CONFIDENTIAL ACCOUNT DETAILS. such a pity as i always considered Truworths to be in the top league of retail stores.
