To Whom It May Concern
Please note that I have applied for a personal loan almost 5 weeks ago and still I have not received the final outcome.
I was requested to send settlement letters and bank statements etc., after this I did not receive any feedback, I then followed up and was told by Lerato that Aubrey was dealing with the application, I was then asked to resend the bank statements and get an new settlement letter as the 1st one I sent expired and only then was I told after a week and a half that the pay slip was also not clear.
I followed up every second day with Aubrey and he said that I should not worry the loan is in the final stage and it was approved for R22000 and my instalment will be R1200.
However yesterday I received an sms to say that the bank statements needs to be sent again, Aubrey called me and advised that this must be a mistake as he can see the bank statements on the system and that he will escalate the matter.
I have not received any feedback as yet.
FNB advertises so much what they can do for the customers but this is not the way I wish to be treated.
Please urgently advise.
