I AM DISGUSTED

I AM NEW TO HOMECHOICE i have been waiting for a package for 1 month now, they want me to pay my bill but i dont have my package there is some rude woman that phones me everyday to tell me i must pay when i tell her i am still waiting for my package she says something in her language and then, threw the phone down in my ear, i have never been so badly treated and when you phone their call center the phone just rings
