I have received absolutely disgusting service from DHL at the joburg airport, from total laissez fair attitude, passing the buck to just gross incompetence.
My shipment arrived over a month ago and I have called DHL at least once a day and up to four times a day since it has arrived to try get this fcn package delivered, it took them two weeks to even get a bill from customs for me to pay.
I used DHL a lot and you would expect that they would look after decent customers, but they could not give less of a stuff about an urgent package. everyday I have to hear how they are waiting for feedback from customs but no one can pick up a fcn phone and get an answer immediately, do I have to physically have to do you job for you every fcn day?!
All I want is for you to do your job get the package delivered and all I get is this its not a priority attitude, I am so insanely fcn frustrated that I could drive my car through the DHL wall just to get my fcn package!
Way to go step into the tradition South African service DHL,!
