VVM Attorneys called me to inform me that my HomeChoice account was handed over to them. The first lady who called me was very rude, because I was not comfortable confirming my account no to someone that I don't even know over the phone, she was rude in such a way that she dropped the phone on my ear, this was around 19:30 in the evening. The second person (male) called after a few days, I told him that I am not comfortable confirming my ID no on the phone, he should read out the ID no to me and I will tell him if it is correct or not, he read it and I was fine, I told him that I will pay the R652.09 owed to HomeChoice on .30 March 2013, which I did, early in the morning when my salary went into my account. Since, 30 March, I have been receiving calls and sms telling me that I have 7 days to be blacklisted, everyday they update the no of day and now I think i have one day left to be blacklisted. A guy called me on 2 May and i told him that I have paid already, he asked me to fax a proof of payment to 0867306343 att: homechoice, which I did, and now yesterday, a very rude man calls @ 20:17 at started to shout at me for not paying. Im very disgusted with the manner im being treated
