No telephone etiquette

I must say that out of all the call centers I have called, this call center has the most pathetic service.
I have never spoken to such rude and abrupt people.

I just made a call now, the person picked up the call but was typing something on her computer and kept me hanging without saying anything. When the senior person walked in and asked how much was the sales yesterday. This person put me on hold

For a company that has been in existence for such a long time and the fact that the call center the 1st form of verbal contact, they have the worse contact center ever. No telephone etiquette at all.

I have been calling for the last 2 weeks and no one can tell me when my package will be delivered. As per the web site we advised delivery will take place within 5 days to 4 weeks, I am waiting for 5 weeks and no one can advise when will my package be delivered.

I would appreciate if someone senior could get to me soonest.
