We ordered a Zita comforter set at Homechoice round about the 4th opf April 2013 and we have been waiting for a month to get our package! After numerous calls no one has apologised or a manager or no one came back to us and kept telling us that they are dispatching it but we never get anything and the delivery address is Rondebosch!!!
When the package finally came the seal was broken on the package!! How Pathetic is their service!!! When my husband called them to come and pick it up they refused and say we must post it to them!!!
WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY AND WANT OT CANCEL AND CLOSE OUR ACCOUNT or give us decent service, pick up the broken package and give us something back!!!
