I am a very angry customer! I went onto Identity's website and saw a black leather biker jacket that I really wanted to purchase. After approaching 2 stores (Sandton and Midrand) I was very upset that not one of these stores knew about this jacket. I believe this is a case of false advertising. I was desperate to purchase this item and even went to 2 different stores to look for it, no one knew what I was talking about.
I am also very disappointed that when I was in the Sandton store, I purchased jewellery and they did not have change! how can a retailer in Sandton not have change for their customers. After being told by the cashier to wait for change, she left and then came back a few minutes later without change and proceeded to help another client. after helping the client, she gave me my change. this is very unprofessional!
