Overall Bad Experience, never buy there again

Last year July, I went and purchased some goods (3 items) from Russels waited almost a month to receive the goods. Numerous times I went to store to complain regarding when my goods will be delivered. So weeks passed again then I got my goods 1 by 1 and then I went again because did not receive the 3rd item. So no surprise this lady informs me that they out of stock and that I will wait longer for that item so she suggested why don't I rather take the similar item that's in stock but for a higher price. So agreed. So then they had to cancel the 1 item with lower price and include the 1 with higher price. At this time JDG Trading was migrating to a newer system, I was told. Paid the wrong account since last year Aug12 till March13 and my account is not yet fixed.
Despite numerous previous requests to have exiting accounts closed with RUSSELS their staff has failed to do so and also assist me with my matter properly. These opened accounts had accumulated balances which has caused my customer account to become in arrears which in fact is now overdue because of RUSSELSs switch over to a different system and incompetent stuff. This situation has no affected my life and my Credit record
