Chocolate Bars Out of Date

I bought two crunch chocolate bars at shoprite glenrigde and after eating one of the chocolate bars I realised that the best before date
was the 16/08/13 which
means they are actually two weeks out of date. I have lost faith in the quality of food they sell, I am really disappointed... I never thought a large shop such as shoprite would sell out of date items to it's customers.
