Order item on line, order confirmation received and then was advised ordered item was in fact out of stock, despite it being promoted on their website. Received email offering same item but in grey, as the order one in green was out of stock, but the price was higher. Suggested that iWarehouse sent the alternate item but at the original promoted price. Still waiting for feedback, so I have now cancelled the order as the item was needed today as a gift!
