I just want to say that I am very disgusted with the way you have handled my enquiry, last week your agent called me to confirm if I have opened any account with Ackermans and i clearly told her that I have not and don't even intend to, so she asked me to send her my ID and Affidavit documents which I did and to my surprise last night i received a letter showing all the details of an opened account which I did not open, now I am going to take the matter forward with my lawyer to find what is the best solution for you guys to cancel my account as I have done so before and you did not close it.
