Settlement that went wrong

My name is Glenda, I had an RCS card with RCS, I settled my account with them last year May (2012), my payment was made at an Exact store in Mpumalanga, this settlement amount was given to me by an RCS consultant, just so I am 100% clear, there was NO discount on this, I paid the full amount. Upon my return to work the following Monday, I then phoned to find out what other documentation was needed, one of the consultants told me I had to send them a letter requesting for the card to be closed, I did exactly that, I gave them a couple of days to sort out everything. I phoned them after a few days and guess what, they told me they can't close my account because I still owed them, ooh boy I was furious that day, I requested to speak to one of the supervisors but we all know they are never available to face reality, the consultant told me they were going to phone me back, nobody nd I mean nobody phoned me back, I was then told they were going to reverse the deb and close the account as they also had ma letter, back then it was less than R40.00, to date as I just received a statement from them, I owe more than R400.00, they then also decided to start debuting ma account RCS I need answers and ASAp.
