Manager sold WiiU that I had reserved

On Friday I phoned all of the CNAs in Pretoria as I had heard that CNA was taking reservations on the WiiUs they had in stock for the special today (2 June 2013). They all said they had no stock, including Menlyn.

Yesterday, I went to the CNAs at various stores including Menlyn, the Grove and Kollonade. One of the staff at Menlyn informed me that they actually had 3 WiiUs in stock and two had already been reserved. I reserved the last one. They assured me that it would not be sold to anyone else.

Today my husband arrived at CNA Menlyn only to find out that the manager had taken the reserved stickers off of the WiiUs and sold them to other people. He stated that it was unfair to reserve them considering that some individuals had been waiting at the store since 6am. However, my husband and I went to a lot of effort to get one of those WiiUs (driving around to all the CNAs yesterday) as well and were repeatedly assured it would not be sold to anyone else. We also waited outside ToysRUs when they had their special but lost out.

I have already attempted to phone customer service but sat on the phone waiting for 15 minutes without an answer. I am totally disgusted with CNA.
